You featured one of my listings on your show March 13, Tarboro North Carolina. I just wanted to say thank you so much. It was quiet a hit for such a small town of 12000 people. I made the front page of the newspaper and the local Homes Magazine. Thank you again and I welcome you to use any of my homes again in the future. Love the show.

I’m a new investor and I’m in the process of buying my first property. I’m trying to take advantage of the market and these sub 200k homes are a great example of that.

Listen to Barbara. I give her a lot of respect because she knows what she’s talking about.

    Thank you,

    Hello, Just a quick observation.

Do you have any idea how many thousands of people see you on the TODAY Show? Well, you might consider only pointing out the good points and not mention that some things the owners have done are not your taste! Even if most people agree with you, there are probably many that have different tastes from you and might actually purchase your property. Dont loose a sale because you told people you thought something was weird! Just a thought! God Bless, Glenn

You have to be kidding. All of these homes were in cities no one wants to live in!

I appreciate you taking the time to write this. I’m an agent myself and things are definitely a MESS out there right now. Good news is that prices are extremely affordable around here for a change.
