    Saw you on Nates show. When you said 3 deals to get to closing, wow, its so true, and I thought it was just here.
    I am a Broker with a Company 25 miles west of Boston Realty Direct Metrowest.
    And that is what is happening here, first deal, something alays goes wrong, second maybe, but third ones a charm. And its all crazy things that are mmaking it fall apart.. Seems no matrter how careful you are…Just like clockwork..third one closes.
    Youyr tipos where great. I always say, if your home feels sparce to you, its ready to sell. AND make sure it smells good.

    The home seller in this clip said something that I hear often; she doesn’t want to spend any extra money on sprucing up her home in order to sell it. What home sellers don’t realize is that the $800 that they spend on curb appeal or other cosmetic upgrades is a wise investment. Improving the appeal of a home can result in a quicker sale which results in fewer mortgage and utility payments. Also, the upgrades add value to the home which can result in a higher offer.

    Home staging is about smart marketing; spend a little now and sell your home quickly and for full market value.
