You’ve got two options: Stack all your boxes in perfect order, buy a can of cheap white paint and whitewash the boxes. Your neatness will impress any would-be buyer, and the tower of white will make your basement look much brighter. If there are so many boxes that they take up most of your basement, you may want to rent a small storage space for a couple of months and move the boxes out. A few dollars and a little effort could result in a quicker sale.
